Attempted attack: terror suspect still in the state of Rheinland-Pfalz is in custody

in Mainz arrested terror suspects Syrians sitting in the state of Rheinland-Pfalz is in custody. The 26-year-old man had agreed to the simplified extradition procedure, this week will not yet ruled, reported the attorney-General on Wednesday in Koblenz, Germany. First of all, the higher regional court (OLG) in Koblenz had issued the Extradition warrant. The file for this decision are not yet, a spokeswoman said. The Netherlands had requested the extradition of the arrested.

According to the decision of the higher regional court, the Prosecutor General’s office conducts the procedure and decides when the man is delivered. The 26-Year-old has already been of Dutch investigators heard. He has a residence in Rotterdam. He was arrested last Saturday in the apartment of a cousin in Mainz. This was, however, under no suspicion, had told the police.

Shortly before the arrest of the Suspect the police had in Rotterdam four terror suspects between the ages of 20 and 30 years, from “non-Western” countries in focus. You should have in common with the one in Mainz arrested a stop prepared. Details were not initially disclosed.
