Astrology: Zodiac Signs That Don’t Get Along

Astrology is an ancient art that has been practiced for millennia. If the interpretations have greatly evolved over all these years, the traditional aspect still influences the beliefs of many today.

Among the twelve signs of the zodiac, some have compatible characteristics, while others are opposites and therefore seem irreconcilable. “Some signs don’t get along. For example, the air signs, i.e. Gemini, Libra and Aquarius, are traditionally opposed to the earth signs, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.”, explains Philippe Sonneville , astrologer and founder of Cré’Astro.

This is justified by the fact that “the earth signs, by their practical and concrete side, their sense of order and discipline and their taste for concentration, tend to stifle volubility, the relational sense and the need of freedom of the signs of air”, he specifies.

However, he clarifies that nothing is predefined. “If, by an elevation of consciousness, an air sign mixes with an earth sign, we obtain a fertile and therefore very rich earth”, nuances the expert.

Similarly, fire signs Aries, Leo and Sagittarius dislike water signs i.e. Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. “Through their emotional side, their sense of mystery or their tendency to run away from situations, water signs can drown out the creative expression of fire signs, dampen their enthusiasm or even undermine their authority and vitality.”, develops the astrologer.

However, here too, “if by an effort of consciousness, a fire sign merges with a water sign, it gives incredible energy and strength. Water mixed with fire gives vapor, which is a energy capable of moving mountains,” he explains.

However, if the signs oppose according to their element, some may have trouble getting along because they have totally opposite characteristics. However, it is always good to qualify by specifying that these signs can always bring things and create something powerful if they make an effort of conscience.
