Netflix is not a movie Studio in the traditional sense – and yet, the streaming service has been included now in the elite circle of the American film Association, Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA). On Tuesday, the MPAA announced that it counts Netflix, in addition to the six major Hollywood Studios from now on, to their members, an unprecedented step in the history of the Association.
