François Pérusse, Rita Baga, Rachid Badouri and Les Trois Accords are part of the free outdoor program of the 41st Just for Laughs festival, which will take place from July 20 to 29. This edition will bring together more than 600 comedians, artists and musicians during 400 outdoor performances in the Quartier des Spectacles.
“You understand that we had fun putting it together that festival,” said Patrick Rozon, Chief Creative Officer of Just for Laughs.
The outdoor program is meant to be colorful, with guests like Barbada, Rosalie Vaillancourt, Messmer, Eddy King and Coco Belliveau. The festival will also present the Cabaret du peuple, an immersion in the work of François Pérusse directed by Guillaume Lambert and supported by many actors.
In addition to shows and galas, Just for Laughs will offer street theater festival-goers a play area with trampolines and climbing walls, a gourmet food court and facilities dedicated to young families.
