CORNELIUS (N.C.) — A shooting in Cornelius has resulted in the death of one person, according to reports from the Cornelius Police Department.
Officials claim that the shooting occurred Monday morning around 2:30 AM. Police closed Torrence Chapel Road between Norman Shores Drive and Schooner Drive while they investigated the incident. Now the scene is clear.
CPD is currently at the scene of an accident on Torrence Chapel Road. Torrence Chapel Rd between Norman Shores & Schooner Dr is currently closed.
Avoid the area. You will not be allowed to travel down Torrence Chapel by any neighborhood Norman Shores or North.
