Article 4 – Designation of winners

No document or photograph relating to the prize is contractual. The organizing company reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to modify the nature of all or part of the prizes, to offer goods of the same value, to replace all or part of the prizes at stake with goods equivalent to the prize won. .
Article 6 – Delivery of prizes
The prize won will be sent by post or digitally at the expense of the organizing company. The endowment is nominative, it cannot therefore be attributed to a person other than the one drawn by lot.
The endowment is neither taken back, nor exchanged for another object, nor replaceable for any monetary value and cannot give rise to any partial or total refund.
If the participant designated during the draw and duly informed of his prize does not manifest himself within 15 working days, he will be considered as having renounced his prize, and the organizing company will award the prize to the first alternate of the winner.
