The rapper is currently in a 90-day rehab program and paid almost $15,000 for the frozen turkeys

Kodak Black won’t let a rehabilitation stint stop him from giving back this holiday season.

His attorney said that Bill Kapri, a South Florida rapper aged 24, and his team distributed more turkeys than 5,000.

According to the outlet Black’s team rented trucks to transport the frozen fowls. In just three days, the turkey drive made seven stops at Sistrunk, Sunland, Fort Lauderdale and North Miami. It also visited Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

Black was sentenced to a three year federal prison for falsifying documents that were used to purchase weapons at a Miami gun shop. This sentence was commuted by Donald Trump his last day as president. Black had completed about half his sentence.

Black’s lawyer Bradford Cohen was once a contestant in Trump’s ” Celebrity apprentice”.

The rapper is a committed philanthropist in his Florida community.

The pardon stated that Black had donated $50,000 to Pompano Beach restaurants and provided schoolchildren with supplies for daycare centers.

Black has sold more than 30 million singles in 2014, and has received multiple multiplatinum or platinum-certified singles including “Zeze”, “No Flockin'”, and “Roll in Peace.”

Fox News Digital reached Cohen for comment but Cohen didn’t immediately respond.
