Like a sweet scent of vacation and idleness. According to the latest forecasts from The Weather Channel, the summer ahead will be hot, dry and stormy. A classic summer, without extremes, in short… If not this month of July which turns out to have been the most struck down since the beginning of the surveys in 1989. This Monday, June 27, 2022, a new stormy deterioration is expected in France, especially in the Alps and then in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur on Tuesday.
Tuesday June 28 and Wednesday June 29, 2022 will be the two best days of the week thanks to the return of high pressure conditions. “If thunderstorms break out in the southeast, in Provence, on Tuesday, the sun will prevail everywhere on Wednesday with the mistral in the Mediterranean”, indicates the site specializing in meteorology. On the mercury side, temperatures will be on the rise with very high values in the afternoon. Highs of between 25 and 30°C are expected from north to south.
Thursday June 30 and Friday July 1, 2022, on the other hand, a stormy deterioration is expected with “cold weather” and “stormy showers” over a good part of the country, despite good weather which persists in the east of the country on Thursday. “Friday, it would be the opposite: the thunderstorms would break out in the east, while the clearings would return to the west”, indicates the forecaster.
