They were marketed between October 19 and 26, 2022 in several supermarkets in the Occitanie region. Carrefour, Intermarché, E.Leclerc, Système U… Many brands have offered this contaminated product for sale.

The reason for the recall? The potential presence of the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes, responsible for listeriosis.

People who have purchased the contaminated product are asked not to consume the ham or use it in cooking. You can return it to a point of sale before Wednesday, December 7, 2022 in order to obtain a refund.

“Pregnant women as well as immunocompromised people and the elderly should be particularly attentive to these symptoms. Listeriosis is a disease which can be serious and whose incubation period can be up to eight weeks”, specifies Rappel Conso.
