The famous French actress Mathilda May has had a few high profile romantic relationships. From 1991 to 1993, she was first married to musician Paul Powell and then secondly to French composer Philippe Kelly. From 1996 to 1996, the star lived with comedian Gérard Darmon with whom she had two children.
In an interview with Gala, the actor had mentioned his old love stories. “I have cordial relations with my exes, but no more. I have a hard time understanding those who say: ‘It’s great, we have very good relations’ and who go to dinner together, with the new spouses. I have too much imagination to bear that.”
Since 2021, the 57-year-old actress has found love again. She now shares her life with singer and rapper Sly Johnson, whose real name is Silvère Johnson. The latter is the older brother of a famous actor who is none other than Loup-Denis Elion, known for having played the role of Cédric in the M6 series Scenes of households. In 1997, Sly Johnson launched into rap with the group Saïan Supa Crew then collaborated with singer Camillet le Oxmo Puccino before starting a solo career. In 2010, he released his first solo album titled 74. Following this success, he began a tour that passed through both France and Spain.
In 2016, he collaborated with actress Mathilda May before starting a relationship with the latter since 2021. On the web, the couple shares photos of them on rare occasions. In February 2022, the artist wrote in the caption of a publication on the canvas on the occasion of Valentine’s Day: “Happy Valentine my love”.
