Networks of companies and associations, actors of direct employment, Pôle emploi, training organizations… are present and mobilized. In total, more than 30,000 positions are to be filled. Life assistant, caregiver, housekeeper, social life assistant, parental assistant, home help, childminder, childcare, meal delivery, man all hands, gardener, window cleaner, sector manager, director of home services agency, caregiver, educational facilitator are the most sought-after positions.
Job seekers will find a platform of services at the show to discover, train and apply for jobs in this sector of activity which is already under pressure.
During the two days of the show, job seekers will be able to:- Go for interviews in the recruitment offices.- Be coached to find a job- Create their CV live and have their photograph taken on the CVDesigner stand- Discover the professions in a fun way with the escape game offered by Particulier Emploi, the virtual reality presentations of Pôle Emploi and the presentation of the aging simulator and exoskeletons by the Gerond’if.- Meet training organizations and register directly at training courses or VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience) – Discuss their rights and duties, and leave with the collective agreement for their sector on a USB key.
