Usain Bolt has buried his hopes for a career in professional football. This is the eight-time Sprint Olympic champion from Jamaica said the US sports channel ESPN. “It was fun while it lasted,” said the 32-Year-old: “You live and you learn. It was a good experience. I enjoyed it, to be in a Team. It was quite different than the athletics.“Bolt, who had previously trained on, among other things, at Borussia Dortmund, was not with the Australian team, Central Coast Mariners, despite a contract offer, the club agreed that the negotiations on cooperation were cancelled last autumn. An offer from the Maltese first division club FC Valletta refused to Bolt.
