Justine Vayrac vanished on the night of Saturday October 22 to Sunday October 23, 2022 near a nightclub in Brive-la-Gaillarde (Corrèze). The next day, the department’s national police launched an appeal for witnesses in connection with the worrying disappearance of an adult. The young woman has shoulder-length smooth brown hair and light eyes, is 1.65m tall and is rather thin. Before disappearing, she wore a pastel pink dress and white Converse.
Twenty years old and mother of a two and a half year old girl, she is a young woman without history who does not live with the father of her child, who lives in Toulouse. On the evening of her disappearance, Justine was spending time with friends at “La Charrette”, a nightclub where she was last seen around four in the morning. A few hours earlier, she was visiting her parents according to information from La Dépêche.
“Justine came by the house on Saturday evening. She told us that she was going out with friends in Brive. I received a message around one in the morning telling me that everything was fine. The more the hours pass, the less we don’t knows what she has done or where she is”, says Marina, the mother of the young woman, in the columns of the regional daily.
How was the evening of the young mother?
At the start of the evening, Justine Vayrac found some of her friends at one of them before going to a bar. According to La Dépêche, one of the four friends went home because he was working the next day. There, Justine went to get her car to take the small group to a nightclub. It’s when she arrives at the disco that she sends a last message to her mother Marina to assure her that everything is fine.
During the evening, Justine feels bad and is nauseous. She then decides to go out to get some fresh air…
When the twenty-something wants to leave the nightclub for a few minutes, an acquaintance of the latter offers to accompany her outside.
“They had seen each other several times in a festive setting, she even participated in evenings at his house with other friends”, confided Marina in the columns of La Montagne. It would be a man with whom she had friendly relations, and whom she had met a few times in the same nightclub.
According to one of Justine’s friends, present at the scene, the man in question reportedly said that the young woman felt better after getting some fresh air, and that he, for his part, had gone home. The elements of the investigation reveal, however, that this is the moment when Justine was seen for the last time, around four o’clock in the morning. She was accompanied by a man, according to witnesses.

According to the first elements of the investigation, relayed by BFMTV, the individual tried to flee when he was arrested. Traces of blood were reportedly revealed in his car, at the level of the gear knob and the brake, as well as in the room of the suspect. Justine’s cell phone was also found at the young man’s home.
According to the information given by Théo, a friend of Justine present at the evening, the young woman would have sent him a message to tell him that she was with a certain Noë. At this stage, we do not know if said Noë is the man taken into custody.
As for the vehicle of the missing person, it was found not far from the nightclub, open, and containing personal effects. “Research was carried out Monday evening by dog teams, without success”, specify our colleagues from La Dépêche.
