One of the heirs of Napoleon Bonaparte, was on Saturday married to a granddaughter of Karl I, last emperor of Austria. That is, the former French empire, and of the house of Habsburg once again be united.

The 33-year-old Jean-Christophe, and Napoleon Bonaparte, lives in London and is the great-great-great-great-nephew of Napoleon, Napoleon I, emperor of France from 1804 to 1814. The mountains in the far distance are related, as the countess, Olympia, is in the betovergrootnicht of Napoleon’s wife, archduchess Marie Louise of Austria.
